There are many vacation bible schools that offer week long half day options. You may want to check that out. If you find any you like, please let me know. Thanks!

What ages are your kids you are looking for like preschool or school age? That will help with what I know.

We still have registration open for Summer Dance Camp at Cypress Dance for kids ages 5-13 and Teen Ballroom Bootcamp for ages 13-18. We are the only place that teaches all the dances you've see on Dancing with the Stars plus traditional jazz, ballet, hiphop. Summer Dance camp is a great opportunity to sample all the dance styles we teach on a regular basis during school year, so don't miss this opportunity to introduce your child to Waltz, Tango, Foxtrot, Quickstep, Cha-Cha, Samba, Jive, Swing, Salsa, Ballet, Hiphop and more. More info on our website and in person. www.CypressDance.com (http://www.cypressdance.com/) (832)475-9142. Happy Dancing!
By the way we have evening classes for adults and we bring Edyta and Alec from Dancing with the Stars to do a workshop and a show for us on August 1st!!!

Hi,
Check the Cypress Creek YMCA. They have a LOAD of summer activities, lessons, ranging from swimming to half day and full day camps. It's a great atmosphere there!
There are activities for kids from age 3 and up. Music/art camp, gymnastics, swim instruction, etc...
Good luck, happy summer,
Shulie

Great info on the YMCA... I came across this site this morning for cooking classes for kids. http://camp-cook.org/about_us.html
Maybe worth checking out as I have signed my kids up for the vegetable class, hopefully to help them like veggies more.

If you're kids are interested in golf, Houston National Golf Club still has plenty of spaces left in any of their 5 junior camps. Session one begins Tuesday, June 9. Each camp runs Tuesday-Thursday for two consecutive weeks. The cost is $50 for Stone Gate residents and $200 for non-residents.

Or call the Pro Shop at 281-304-1400.
Our camps are always a huge hit and the kids have a blast!

In summer I think that we all have to send a children for extra activity because from this type of activities, our children becomes responsible and self dependency was developed in them. If they are going for tracking they can learn how to make a friendship with others and many more things.
