I wanted to let everyone know I had some great customer service at Sears appliance store this last weekend. It started with an e-mail from this website and ultimately in the store at Sears.

I was assisted by more than 3 people on 2 different trips to the store because I had a limited space to install a cooktop and downdraft system and felt this dimension was very critical. I felt they viewed it the same as I did. The Electrolux website was not real clear, and e-mails with electrolux were not responsive enough. However, the staff at Sears worked with me and each one of them went to great lengths to find me the information I needed.

I am extremely happy to see Customer service of this magnitude. It's a lost art these days, as most people dont have the care attitude.
