Looking for Elderly Transportation Service

I have an 81 year old mother who from time to time need someone to take her to the doctor and back home again. I can do it sometimes but not all the times. Does anyone know of a service in the area that can help me out with transportation?

Here is a site I came across, but have never used them. Seems like it lists people in the Cypress area that care for elderly.
